Things that move, whether tangible, computer generated, or a combination of both. The quality and resolution of most items here is suitable for NTSC broadcast. Only the selected stills are available due to bandwidth, but should be enough to give a rough feel for each piece.

A tourism advertisement for Spain, set to an excerpt from "At the End of the Day" (Spock's Beard). This is visually very snappy and clocks in at only 30 seconds. After scouring the web to find images for this project, I had several hundred photos of Spain I didn't know what to do with.

An advertisement for a fictitious telecommunications company featuring other class members. Required the use of color keying and choreography. The soundtrack is an instrumental version of "Butterfly" (Crazy Town) which has been slowed one and a half steps, creating an entirely different feel. Created in After Effects, just over one minute duration.

Another Apple related project, this time in commercial form. It represents free thinking and individualism for those who are "boxed in", and harkens back to Apple's own "1984" commercial. Features other classmates as well as another class that was commandeered to populate the scene. Set to "Galois" (Gordian Knot), one minute duration. Shot with a JVC DV500, rotoscoping done in Photoshop, and assembled in Final Cut Pro.

This is the end product of the building found in the previous section. It took a long distributed network render to churn through multi-level textures. The video post effects and time remapping, done both in Studio Max and After Effects, are intended to create a surreal feeling. 1:15 duration, no sound.
